A Centre County man is behind bars after he admitted to filming female Penn State University students inside a campus shower stall, police say.

At least two victims reported seeing a cell phone being placed over or under the stall while they were showering, WJAC reports.

Xinyu Li, 24, was reportedly caught on surveillance camera entering the building around the times of the alleged incidents.

Police say they located Li’s vehicle, which was registered to a delivery/storage service for college students of which he was listed the founder and president.

Li allegedly admitted to filming the two students, according to WJAC.

Authorities say they found videos on Li’s phone hidden on an app that was disguised to look like a calculator tool.

Li is being held at the Centre County Prison on charges of felony criminal trespass and invasion of privacy, according to court documents.
