The body of a homeless man was found floating in the Allegheny River near the Fort Duquesne Bridge Friday.
According to our news exchange partners at TribLIVE, the Allegheny County Medical Examiner identified the victim as 34-year-old Joseph Kastory.
The victim's girlfriend told police he had dropped his wallet in the river and went in to go get it.
