PITTSBURGH — Penguins forward Pascal Dupuis, who is currently on injury reserve due to blood clots, joined the social media network Twitter Tuesday.
As of 8 p.m., Dupuis' account already had more than 18,000 followers.
So far, Dupuis has sent two tweets, which included a selfie.

The Penguins forward was placed on injury reserve in November after doctors discovered a blood clot in his lung.
The diagnosis is the latest setback for the 35-year-old, who missed the second half of last season after tearing the ACL in his left knee in December 2013.
