One of the original restaurants that opened in Homestead with the debut of the Waterfront about 20 years ago now has closed.
Pizzeria Uno, the Chicago-based chain known for its deep-dish pizza, closed in the middle of last week, according to representative of the restaurant who confirmed the closing in a brief phone call.
The restaurant closed amid an ongoing changeover in the shops and restaurants at the Waterfront.
