BUTLER, Pa. (AP) — Authorities say a small plane slid off the runway at a western Pennsylvania airport, but no one was injured.

Emergency dispatchers in Butler County said the plane ran off the end of the runway at the Butler County Airport in Penn Township shortly before 5:30 p.m. Monday.
Airport manager Roy Uptegraff said the pilot tried to abort the takeoff of the twin-engine Cessna 340 due to an engine problem, but the plane slid off the wet runway and over a hill.
Uptegraff said some fuel leaked from a crack in at least one fuel tank, but there was no fire and emergency crews hosed the plane down. The runway was closed but was to open at 8 p.m. Monday.
The Federal Aviation Administration will investigate the cause of the crash.
