WEST MIFFLIN, Pa. — Police are investigating a carjacking that happened outside a grocery store in West Mifflin overnight Tuesday.
The carjacking was reported about midnight in the parking lot near the Giant Eagle in the Kennywood Shops on Hoffman Boulevard, officials said.

Channel 11's Steven Fisher learned that police are searching for three suspects and that a weapon was involved in the incident. A description of the suspects has not been released.
Police said they believe that the carjacking was a result of what started as a drug deal.
Police are trying to locate the stolen vehicle, described as a white Chevrolet Malibu with a crack across the windshield.
