Police: man causes alarm after firing cap gun in Walmart parking lot

HEMFIELD TOWNSHIP, Pa.,None — Police said a man may be facing charges after firing a toy cap gun in a Hempfield Township Walmart parking lot.

Investigators said John Roy Bistline III, 20, pointed the toy gun out of the window of his car just before midnight on Friday. Police said Bistline, of Greensburg, causedpanic when firing the gun and several people called 911.

Formal charges have not yet been filed.
