PITTSBURGH — Channel 11 has confirmed that two Port Authority bus drivers involved in a bus crash along Interstate 279 in September were fired Friday.
Juliann Maier was injured when the bus she was driving rolled off the Parkway and ended up on Evergreen Road.
Police said surveillance video from the bus that Thomas Frauens was driving showed the two drivers were speeding and horsing around at the time of the crash.
Maier and Frauens are both facing charges related to the incident.
