Public tip helps police arrest burglary suspect

PENN TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A 23-year-old man accused of breaking into a Penn Township home last week was arrested Thursday.

According to police, Michael Lapaglia broke into a home and jumped out a window when someone spotted him.

Investigators released a description of Lapaglia, and after several days of searching, someone spotted him Thursday at a Target.

Lapaglia was taken into custody without incident.
