PITTSBURGH — The ramp from southbound I-279 to eastbound I-376 toward Downtown Pittsburgh/Monroeville is currently closed.
PennDOT advises that it’s because an oversized tractor-trailer is blocking the roadway.
Emergency personnel are on scene. PennDOT tells drivers use other routes.
