Report: Sevens Springs owners eyeing purchase of Hidden Valley

SOMERSET COUNTY, Pa. — The owners of Seven Springs Mountain Resort are reportedly looking into buying competitor Hidden Valley.

According to the Pittsburgh Post Gazette, two Seven Springs executives visited the ski resort last month.

So far, company officials have denied interest in purchasing Hidden Valley but sources in the Laurel Highlands told the newspaper that Seven Springs is "very interested."

Hidden Valley is about three miles away from Seven Springs and features 28 ski slopes and trails.
