The bomb threat was discovered in the high school’s boys’ bathroom wall on March 16. The fire was set on April 8 also inside the boys’ bathroom.

Jetter was brought in for questioning after he turned in a written report about the fire to his immediate supervisor. He was asked about his observations the day of the fire because he was one of two people inside the bathroom at the time it began.

Police said the supervisor turned over the written report to detectives who immediately noticed numerous similarities to the bomb threat that was written on the bathroom wall.

Jetter is employed by Capital Asset Protection, which provides security services for the Shaler Area School District.

Jetter faces numerous charges in connection with the two incidents, including terroristic threats, threat to use weapon of mass destruction, institutional vandalism, arson, recklessly endangering another person and causing or risking a catastrophe.
