Serial burglar hits same Greensburg shopping plaza 2 different times, police say

GREENSBURG, Pa. — Police are looking for a serial burglar in Greensburg accused in two separate robberies.

Authorities said the suspect first walked into Hot Bods on East Pittsburgh Street about 5 p.m. Wednesday and demanded money.

The man did not show a weapon but held his hand behind his back, police said, He fled the scene on foot toward Highland Avenue with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The owner of the tanning salon said the robbery happened two days before the business was set to close.

Officials said the same man is also a suspect in a robbery in the same shopping plaza earlier this month.

The suspect is about 5 feet 8 inches tall, with a thin build and pale complexion, police said.

Anyone with information on the robberies is asked to contact police.
