Upper Burrell police need help identifying burglary caught on surveillance

UPPER BURRELL, Pa. — The Upper Burrell Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying a burglar caught on surveillance video.

Investigators said the burglar committed a daytime residential burglary in Upper Burrell Township on July 31.

Police said the man has a unique tattoo that may help someone identify him.
