WASHINGTON, Pa.,None — State troopers said the man involved in a police chase that ended when his car crashed into a Washington County apartment on Sunday surrendered to authorities on Thursday.
Investigators said Steven Law jumped out of a vehicle while fleeing from police and allowed the car to crash into an elderly woman's apartment.
Law managed to escape on foot following the crash, police said. Investigators said they arrested him Thursday evening.
He is accused of pulling a gun on a woman in front of the Family Dollar on Sunday prior to the chase.
