A purple playground has a Missouri homeowner group seeing red - threatening fines and jail time unless the play set is removed.
The family, who built and stained their backyard playground purple, fought the Raintree Lake Property Owners Association over the playground and won last year, according to KMBC.

However, the homeowner group sent more letters to the family asking for the playground’s removal and threatening jail time if they did not comply.
