PITTSBURGH,None — A recent study links diet pop to heart problems, and that's left many looking to switch your favorite beverage. Channel 11's Robin Taylor found several some pops you can use instead of old favorites that will save you calories.
A report in Men's Health ranked 7up the worst lemon lime pop. 7up has 12 ounces of sugar, the same you'll find in a twin wrapped pack of Twinkies. The drink also has 150 calories per 12 ounces.
A better alternative to 7up is Izze Esque Sparkling Limon. The drink only contains 50 calories.
Making the worst list for colas is Coke. Coke has 140 calories per 12 ounces.
Oogave Esteban's Cola only has 102 calories per 102 ounces.
The worst orange flavored pop goes to Sunkist, with130 calories per 12 ounces.
San Pellegrino Aranciata is a better choice with only 80 calories.
