PITTSBURGH,None — A Pittsburgh Pirates fan who was subdued with a stun gun during a game earlier this year is facing more charges.
Scott Ashley, 41, of Friendship, was ordered Wednesday to stand trial on charges including disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Prosecutors also added charges of attempting to disarm an officer and making terroristic threats to Ashley's case.
A video of Ashley's arrest that was posted on YouTube wasn't played during Wednesday's hearing.

Authorities said the video supports their contention Ashley was combative but Ashley's attorney said some charges would have been dismissed if the video had been shown.
"The magistrate chose not to watch the videotape. I felt the video could have cleared up some issues and we could have trimmed off some of the charges here today," said attorney Fred Rabner.
Police said Scott appeared heavily intoxicated, was using excessive foul language and disrupting other fans' enjoyment of the game as the Pirates took on the Colorado Rockies on April 9.
Ashley was videotaped while being escorted out of PNC Park when an usher blocked him from high-fiving a fan. Ashley can be seen pushing the usher. Police then struck him with batons and shot him with a Taser.
The prosecution said they plan on using the video to support the two new charges against Ashley. Detective Frank Rende said Ashley tried to take his gun and threatened to kill a security guard as he was being escorted out of the park.
Rende showed Channel 11's Renee Kaminski a second video that he said supports the commonwealths' case. Rende testified that his use of force was necessary because Ashley refused to comply and is seen in the video reaching for his weapon.
But Ashley told Channel 11 News a different story. He said it was his first trip to PNC Park and that he was there with his girlfriend so the two could enjoy the fireworks following the game.
Ashley claimed that once the officers had him in a private area they threw him to the ground.
"When they got me up and walked me around where I wasn't being videoed there were some other things that were happening with the officers. They were asking me how tough I was now. When they finally got me up to the security office they threw me on the ground and told me, 'Come on, tough guy, get up.' and I couldn't get up. I was being treated pretty unfair," Ashley said.
Ashley said dozens of other fans will testify that he's innocent and that he didn't deserve to be beaten.
"Not only did they club me, but when they had me on the ground one of the officers took his night stick and jammed my face into the ground, which left a big bruise on my cheek, made my nose hurt. Another jammed his knee into the back of my head real hard," Ashley said.
Ashley was released from the Allegheny County Jail after an anonymous man posted his $5,000 bond a few days after he was arrested.
