SARVER, Pa.,None — Thieves in Buffalo Township have been targeting the tailgates of pickup trucks.
Ron Jack owns Jack's Ford Dealership in Sarver and said four tailgates were stolen last week from their brand new F-250 models.
Each of the stolen tailgates costs around $2,000, Jack said.
Jack also said police believe they have a lead thanks to surveillance footage from another dealership that was hit.
"The dealership in Butler called me saying that they had surveillance cameras that showed it was a white Dodge van that pulled into their lot," Jack said. "But, they couldn't get the plate number."
