WEST MIFFLIN, Pa. — The 2020 Pittsburgh Pierogi Festival, which was scheduled to be held in September at Kennywood Park, has been cancelled because of COVID-19.
“Your safety and the safety of our team is our main priority, in good times and strange times. We have explored every way possible to bring the Pittsburgh Pierogi Festival to you safely in 2020 and, unfortunately, we don’t feel there is a way to do that without putting our friends, fans, and fam at risk,” the festival posted on Facebook.

The festival will be back in 2021, according to the Facebook post.
For people who bought tickets, full refunds will be issued via Showclix in five to seven business days.
