AVONMORE, Pa. — Police are searching for a 73-year-old Avonmore man reported missing by his family Sunday night.
George Hazen left his home and said he was going to visit a friend in the Delmont area, but never arrived, police said.
Hazen suffers from diabetes and memory loss and was entered as a missing endangered person into the National Crime Information Center.
Officials said Hazen was driving a dark blue Kia Optima with Pennsylvania license plate GFM2696.
Hazen is 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighs 275 pounds and has gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing black jeans, a black and gray/white polo shirt and black sneakers.
Anyone with information on Hazen’s whereabouts is asked to call 911 or 724-697-5780.
