IMPERIAL, Pa. — If you're looking for a job, Amazon is hiring.
The company needs more than 1,500 people in the Pittsburgh area, and that includes 1,000 full-time positions at the new fulfillment center in Imperial.
Amazon broke ground on the center last year.
More than 2-million Pennsylvanians have claimed unemployment since mid-March, so the announcement comes as a relief for those who are struggling to find work during the pandemic.
