Comcast internet customers across the country have reported outages with their service.
The company confirmed the outages on its Twitter account, calling it an external network issue.

In a later tweet, the company said the issue should be resolved and service should be restored.

However, the website DownDetector, which tracks outage reports, says that 66 percent of users have reported an issue with their Comcast internet service.
