PITTSBURGH — A record-setting 2 million unemployment claims have been filed in Pennsylvania since the coronavirus pandemic started to affect our area. The unemployment system has been overwhelmed, leading to backlogs and delays.

We know you have a lot of questions and getting answers can be difficult. You’ve emailed, called and sent us Facebook messages asking for help.
