A storefront is destroyed after a car jumped a curb in Verona and smashed through the glass.
At least one person was inside Cost Cutters when the crash happened Friday morning.
The crash left shattered glass everywhere, a broken metal door frame hanging and an interior wall partially collapsed, pulling down some ceiling tiles.
"I did hear the crash," Cayman Gates said. "Our machines are pretty loud, so it wasn't too disturbing, but yes, it was enough to make me turn my head and look."

Gates and other members of his paving crew saw it, as did many diners and shoppers who were in the River Town shopping plaza on Allegheny River Boulevard.
The woman who was inside the Cost Cutters running the front desk told Channel 11 there were two women in the car and she's not sure what caused them to jump the curb.
She said they weren't hurt and were cooperating with police. No charges have been filed.
The salon will be closed for a few days while they clean up.
