A man who lost his daughter in a road rage incident wants police to look deeper into the motive.
“We still want answers to why this happened to our daughter,” said Rodney Roberson.
Recent high school graduate Bianca Roberson was shot and killed while driving in Chester County near Philadelphia.
David Desper turned himself in on Sunday.

Police say both Roberson and Desper tried to merge onto Route 100 last week when Desper pulled out a gun and started firing at Roberson.
The four-day manhunt for Desper stretched across New Jersey, Delaware and Pennsylvania.
Investigators say this was road rage.
Bianca's father thinks there was another motive.
“To shoot her in the head, it wasn't road rage,” Roberson said. “To me, it was a hate crime."
The district attorney says this wasn't racially motivated.
Desper is charged with first-degree murder.
