PITTSBURGH — We know Pittsburgh is becoming synonymous with pickles, but a new Seth Rogen film could bring even more notoriety to the area.
A classic tale of a guy falling in a pickle vat, getting brined, and waking up 100 years later in modern New York. Here’s the trailer for An American Pickle. pic.twitter.com/zGhZ6L9Olq

“An America Pickle” was filmed in and around Pittsburgh and the trailer for it debuted online Friday, according to our partners at TribLive.com.
The film is actually set in Brooklyn, but local spots along Liberty Avenue, East Ohio Street and on the North Side and Downtown should be pretty easy to recognize!
TribLive.com reports the film follows Herschel Greenbaum, a struggling immigrant, who falls into a vat of pickles. He is brined for 100 years and emerges in present-day Brooklyn.
The film could be quite the dillight!
