ROSS TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Firefighters were called to the Aldi supermarket in Ross Township early Friday morning for a small fire, officials said.
The freezer’s compressor failed, sparking the small fire that burned insulation at the store on McKnight Road, officials said.
Smoke was filling the building when firefighters arrived about 4 a.m., officials said.
The fire caused minor damage.
