PITTSBURGH — A fugitive was arrested Thursday after he was found hiding in the attic of a home in Pittsburgh’s East Hills, the Allegheny County Sheriff’s Office said.
Nathaniel Bunn, 29, had been wanted since October 2015 for a probation violation from a 2005 firearms conviction. Deputies received information on Thursday that he was staying at a home in the Prospect Terrace development.
When deputies went to the home, attempts to make contact with residents were unsuccessful, but they heard movement inside, authorities said. Deputies went in and found Bunn’s wife, 27-year-old Vanessa Goodlow, and two children.

Goodlow repeatedly told deputies that Bunn was not at the home. However, he was found in the attic, covered in insulation, during a search of the home.
Bunn was arrested, as was Goodlow, who was charged with hindering apprehension. They were taken to the Allegheny County Jail. %
