The new shingles vaccine is in high demand.
Health professionals say it has been on limited supply, which means in some cases, people have been waiting for months for the vaccine.

Walgreens pharmacist Tyler Liebegott said Shingrix is the most effective shingles vaccine on the market, but the wait for it can be challenging – so he decided to do something about it.
Liebegott drives to other cities and states, picks up the vaccine, brings it back and gives it to those in need.
“We’ve been able since August to give over 900 doses,” he said.
Liebegott told Channel 11 doctors diagnosed him with a genetic disorder as a child and he needed over 30 surgeries. He said it’s the main reason he goes above and beyond.
If you need the vaccine, Liebegott said it is best to call different pharmacies until you find one that has it.
According to the CDC, the company who makes Shingrix is increasing the supply for 2020.
