The man facing charges in connection to the death of a Pitt student will return to Pittsburgh Nov. 3, according to the Allegheny County Sheriff's Department.
Matthew Darby pleaded guilty Tuesday to loitering and false information charges in Myrtle Beach, where he was being held. That guilty plea clears the way for his extradition to Pennsylvania.
