Man shot in Pittsburgh’s Allentown neighborhood

PITTSBURGH — A man was taken to the hospital after being shot in Pittsburgh’s Allentown neighborhood Friday night.

The shooting occurred at the intersection of Industry Street and Allen Street around 11 p.m.

Police said a man was found with gunshot wounds to the shoulder and face. He was taken to the hospital in critical but stable condition.

The Crime Scene Unit processed evidence. Violent Crime Unit detectives are investigating.
