Hrabovsky was a student at Homer Center and was walking in the grass along the road after prom when he was hit and killed.

His blood alcohol level that night of the crash was double the legal limit.
Popovich was also ordered to pay a $6,000 fine and won't be eligible for parole until he serves at least three years in prison.
