Movie shoot to close road in North Hills on Thursday

ROSS TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A movie shoot will have a stretch of a road in Ross Township closed Thursday, the Department of Public Works announced Monday.

Thompson Run Road will be shut down between Babcock Boulevard and Vilsack Road.

Officials said the closure will last from noon to 11:59 p.m.

Traffic will be detoured using Babcock Boulevard, Evergreen Road, Anderson Road and Vilsack Road.

Police will help with traffic control, and people who live in that area will have access to their homes.

It’s unclear what movie is being filmed.
