LOS ANGELES — Dr. Mehmet Oz, Anderson Cooper, Savannah Guthrie and Dr. Sanjay Gupta have been added as guest hosts of “Jeopardy!”
A part of each host’s appearance includes a donation made to a charity of their choice. The amount donated will equal the cumulative winnings of the contestants that will compete during the weeks they serve as guest host.
“Jeopardy!’s” Greatest of All Time Ken Jennings is currently acting as host. Following Jennings, executive producer Mike Richards will step up to the podium.
Katie Couric, Mayim Bialik, Bill Whitaker and Aaron Rodgers will also serve as guest hosts during the show’s season.
The announcement comes after the sudden death of longtime host Alex Trebek following a cancer diagnosis.
“Jeopardy!” airs each night at 7 p.m. right here on Channel 11.
