PITTSBURGH — Target 11 has learned that the ticketing system for Pennsylvania’s unemployment complaints has been thrown out after frustrations over delays.
At last check, the system was running about 60,000-70,000 behind on their over 500,000 tickets filed.
On Channel 11 News at 5 p.m., we’re talking to State Representatives about their struggle in helping their constituents receive their unemployment claims and the new plan in place from the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry.
