The roof of Pitt’s Cathedral of Learning could soon be home, again, to new peregrine falcons

PITTSBURGH — New peregrine falcons could be hatched later this month in the nest on top of the Cathedral of Learning at the University of Pittsburgh.

The mother laid the eggs last month.

She and her mate are taking turns incubating their four eggs, according to our news partners at TribLIVE.com.

Peregrines have nested on top of the Cathedral for 20 years.
