SHANKSVILLE, Pa. — Officials held a sound-breaking Sunday for the final construction project at the Flight 93 Memorial in Shanksville.
Once complete, the Tower of Voices will include 40 chimes.
Each chime will have a unique sound, representing the voices of the passengers and crew of United Flight 93 that was hijacked during the 9/11 attacks.
