PITTSBURGH — Mark your calendars! The Terminal Farmers Market will be reopening this weekend.

Here are those dates:

  • April 17
  • May 15
  • June 19
  • July 17
  • August 21

The market will host local farmers and artisans bringing in seasonal vegetables and handcrafted gifts. Some of the local businesses that will be at the market include Authentically African by Moa LLC, Cherry Valley Organics, Chez Lapin, City Grows, Finch and Flourish Paper Goods, and Growing Groceries PGH.

The produce terminal dates to 1926, when it was built for merchants to buy produce after it came off the train. Additionally, the market went through a renovation last year to better prepare for the upcoming seasons.

The market will be required to follow all state and local health guidelines, including wearing face masks.

Visit the Strip District Terminal’s website for additional details, market safety guidelines, and vendor sign-up for future dates.
