CRAFTON, Pa. — A man who works at a local trucking company is accused of stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars by redirecting customers' payments.
James Perry Jr., 29, of Coraopolis, was taken into custody Monday morning.
He's accused of stealing nearly $374,000.
Investigators said he worked as the director of credit, billing and collections at R and R Express in Crafton.
He allegedly redirected customers' payments through a computer program called Stripe, which would send the payments to his checking account.

Police said Perry would then write off the customers' accounts as bad debts and the company would take the loss.
It's believed this had been happened since April 2015 and was only discovered in July when co-workers logged into Perry's account while he was not atwork.
Investigators said Perry spent the money on adult entertainment, tickets to Pirates and Penguins games, casinos, jewelry and other expenses.
