The National Transportation Safety Board is leading an investigation into a home explosion in Lancaster County.
A worker in the home reported extremely high levels of natural gas right before the explosion.
The homeowner says moments before, a worker told her the natural gas readings in the house were close to 100 percent.

One utility worker died when the home in Manor Township burst into pieces.
Remnants of the home could be seen strewn across neighboring lawns like shrapnel.
Two other utility workers suffered injuries and a sewer worker was also injured, but the homeowners were evacuated before the blast.
"It felt like a massive earthquake. Everything was shaking. Glass was going everywhere. Wood was going everywhere,” said witness Roberto Gutierrez. “The house felt like it was falling apart."
Four neighboring homes were damaged so badly fire officials say no one can live in them right now.
The investigation into what caused this explosion could take weeks.
