GREENSBURG, Pa. — A woman is being charged with ripping offing off customers who came to the place she worked to transfer vehicle titles.
The suspect is a now-former employee of Greensburg Auto Tag and Notary. Victims didn’t discover they were duped until the state Department of Revenue notified them, police said.
