“Just went through the worst flying experience,” assistant coach Toyelle Wilson said on social media. “We are flying back to Michigan and hit a storm — lost pressurization — the oxygen masks dropped from the compartments. Told because we dropped at a certain feet and had to use them. We have just emergency landed in Evansville, Indiana. Please pray for us.”

The plane flew threw a storm and as it made an aggressive descent, it lost cabin pressure causing the masks to deploy, The Detroit News reported. No one was injured, WDIV reported.

The team spent several hours at the airport in Evansville before boarding another flight to Michigan, where they safely landed early Sunday morning, The Detroit News reported.
