Investigators said Cossio attacked the woman around 7:20 a.m. Saturday as she arrived to work at the Cleveland Clinic, WPLG reported. Cossio ran over, grabbed her and then threw her back into her car. He drove off then sexually assaulted her at another location before he left her at a Target parking lot and fled in her car, officials said. She ran into the store and called for help.

Cossio was taken into custody Sunday morning without incident, WPLG reported. He remains in jail in Charlotte County awaiting a judge’s order to move him to Broward County, where he will face charges.
