Harry Styles lookalike accused in Pennsylvania armed robbery

ALTOONA, Pa. — A Pennsylvania man, who bears a strong resemblance to singer Harry Styles, is accused of taking part in an armed robbery last month, authorities said.

Jason Z. Sanderlin, 21, of Altoona, was charged with felony counts of robbery, conspiracy, aggravated assault and criminal trespass, WTAJ reported. Sanderlin also was charged with misdemeanor counts that include false imprisonment, indecent assault and terroristic threats, the television station reported.

Bail was set at $200,000.

According to authorities, on Jan. 21, Sanderlin brandished an automatic rifle and ordered three people in Tyrone to get on the ground, according to WTAJ. State police said Sanderlin had kicked down the door of the apartment and allegedly hit a woman over the head with a gun, the television station reported.

The woman said that Sanderlin also groped her when she fought back as he attempted to bind her with zip ties.

According to state police, Sanderlin allegedly posted a Snapchat video after the robbery, showing off $400 and marijuana that was stolen, WTAJ reported.

Sanderlin’s longtime girlfriend, Emily Eirhart, 19, of Altoona, allegedly identified Sanderlin after viewing surveillance video, the television station reported.

In October, Sanderlin was implicated in helping Eirhart rob a woman, the Altoona Mirror reported. He faces charges of robbery and aggravated assault, the newspaper reported.

Eirhart was arrested Wednesday by Altoona police and charged with robbery, inflicting and threatening bodily injury, aggravated assault, simple assault, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief and tampering with property, the Mirror reported.
