Police initially were called to reports of criminal street racing on March 17, WSB-TV reported. The video shows a trooper performing a PIT maneuver, which caused the suspect to spin out.
Two troopers then used their cruisers to pin the Mustang against a curb, before officers pulled the driver out of the car and handcuffed him.
The driver has not been identified, but WSB-TV reported that police will charge him with fleeing and attempting to elude, reckless stunt driving and reckless driving. Police told the station the suspect is an organizer and promoter involved in a criminal street racing group.
