Troopers said the tanker was carrying more than 1,300 gallons of cooking oil, which spilled out onto the road.
Investigators said the crash happened just before 10 a.m., and that the truck was driven by two men from Fort Lauderdale, who lost control of the vehicle while navigating a curve in the road, WBBH reported.
FHP said that despite the fact that neither man inside the vehicle was wearing seat belts, both escaped with minor injuries. The video shows the men falling from the truck as it flips, and then standing up immediately after the impact.
