PITTSBURGH,None — A vigil is planned for Monday night to remember a Hill District man who was shot and killed one year ago.
Ronald Washington, 25, died when he was shot while sitting in a car on Lombard Street.
The vigil is planned for 6 p.m. at the scene of the crime.
Police have not made any arrests in the case.
