A York County woman will be representing Pennsylvania at the Winter Olympics in South Korea.
Summer Britcher competed in the luge in Sochi four years ago and came in 15th. She's hoping to earn a medal this time.
She says she's excited to be living out the dream she's had since she was a child.
"When I discovered luge, and I knew it was a direct pipeline to the Olympics, the way the teams work, I fell in love and it was what I always wanted,” she said.
Summer said she actually tried luge for the first time while she was on vacation at Ski Liberty outside Gettysburg.
