PITTSBURGH — You’ll need the winter coat and sunglasses Thursday morning, and you may need the ice scraper, too. Temperatures will drop into the 20s overnight and wet roads and windshields may get icy.
Sunshine and a nice warm up near 50 will make it a good day to head outdoors.
Another strong system will bring rain back into the area Friday along with another round of strong winds. Steady rain will be possible, especially after lunch along with gusts as high as 30-35 mph.
Thunderstorms are also possible overnight and Saturday along with even stronger wind gusts. Damaging winds and power outages are possible with gusts topping near 50-60 mph through the day.
Stay with our team of meteorologists for updates and plan now for possible power outages.
